Taco Stuffed Shells Recipe
1 pkg. jumbo pasta shells
1 small bottle of taco sauce
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. dried onion, minced
8 ozs. Cream cheese
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Shells should be boiled as per the directions from its package and drain it well and allow to cool. In a skillet, brown the beef together with the onions.
Drain the beef & add in the cream cheese then mix everything well until they are blended already and let this mixture cool.
Oven should be preheated to around 325′ F. Fill up the shells with the meaty mixture and put them inside a baking pan with the seam-sides facing up.
After all the shells have been stuffed already, spread out the taco sauce all throughout the tops of the shells then finish with a layer of the shredded cheese then bake in the oven just until the cheese melts and the shells have been thoroughly heated (20 mins.)
