Tortellini Recipe
1 lb. frozen meat tortellini
2 cups of half-and-half
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/3 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
4 tbsps. Sweet butter
1/4 cup of artichoke hearts
1/3 cup of frozen green peas
Chopped parsley for garnish
Tortellini should be cooked as per directions from its package and drain it well then set it aside. On a big skillet, melt the butter on high/medium flame and add in garlic then saute for about a minute.
Add in half-and-half, peas, mushrooms and artichokes then mix them up in the skillet.
Bring the mixture to a boil and add in Parmesan and blend it well. Then, add in the tortellini and make sure that everything is mixed together and it is thoroughly heated. Serve in small individual servings and finish with a sprinkling of parsley.
