Tuna Italiano Recipe
2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
1 can of soup (cream of mushroom)
2 tbsps. Butter
1 big can of drained & flaked tuna
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup canned tomatoes, chopped
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
In a skillet, saute the onions in the butter together with the oregano just until softened. Add in the soup and all other ingredients. Then, heat the sauce thoroughly and stir it occasionally as well.
Serve together with the grated Parmesan.
